The building can be approached from either Broward Blvd or Las Olas Blvd — whichever is more convenient depending on where you’re coming from.
If you are coming from Las Olas, take SE 5th Ave north toward Broward Blvd → the building is at the end of the street.
If you are coming from Broward Blvd or Federal Highway (US-1), look for the glass high-rise at the corner of Broward Blvd and US-1 — it’s the Broward Financial Centre, home to Morton’s Steakhouse. CVS Pharmacy sits directly across Federal Highway at 1 N Federal Hwy if you need a second landmark to confirm you’re in the right spot.
Getting Here
From the West
Exit at Broward Blvd → head east through downtown → the Financial Centre is on your right at the Federal Highway intersection.
From the East
Head west on Broward Blvd toward Federal Highway (US-1) → the Financial Centre is at that intersection, same property as Morton’s.
