Kurzman Law Group is located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, just one block north of Las Olas Boulevard. Our office in the Broward Financial Centre places the firm in one of the city’s most established and recognizable business districts, with convenient access from Broward Boulevard, US-1, I-95, and the Las Olas corridor.
For visitors approaching from Las Olas Boulevard, turn north onto SE 5th Avenue. Fleming’s and Del Frisco’s are on opposite corners at the intersection, making the turn easy to recognize.
Continue north on SE 5th Avenue for one block. The Broward Financial Centre is directly in front of you at the end of the street. From there, turn left to access the building’s parking area and garage.
Getting Here
From the West
Take I-95 to the Broward Boulevard exit and head east toward downtown Fort Lauderdale. Continue east past Andrews Avenue. The Broward Financial Centre is the glass high-rise on your right, just before Federal Highway (US-1) — it sits on the southwest corner of the intersection.
From the East
Take Broward Boulevard west toward downtown. Cross Federal Highway (US-1) and the Broward Financial Centre is immediately on your left, on the southwest corner. Morton’s is on the ground floor, and First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale is across Broward Boulevard to the northwest.
From the North
Take Federal Highway (US-1) south toward downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Broward Financial Centre is on your right as you reach Broward Boulevard. The Henry E. Kinney Tunnel is just ahead — if you enter the tunnel, you have gone one block too far.
From the South
Take Federal Highway (US-1) north toward downtown Fort Lauderdale. You will pass through the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel beneath Las Olas Boulevard — continue north from there. The Broward Financial Centre is the glass high-rise on your left as you approach Broward Boulevard.
