Yana Kurzman, founder of Kurzman Law Group, has dedicated her career to helping people who have been injured due to someone else’s negligence. For decades, Mrs. Kurzman has guided injured clients and their families through the legal process, ensuring they receive fair compensation. She has handled thousands of cases from start to finish, including negotiation, settlement, and litigation. Her experience includes car accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, accidental death (wrongful deaths), slip and falls, injuries caused by defective products, and many other types of cases where her clients were injured because of the carelessness of others.

Mrs. Kurzman’s background in law spans multiple countries. She earned her first law degree with honors in the former USSR, her second Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, and a Post-Doctorate degree from the University of Miami Law School. She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
